We got a little carried away dreaming of what we wanted in our next apartment. We got through the standard things pretty fast. We wanted big walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances and for it to be pet-friendly. Then we started adding things we thought were goofy such as heated garages, indoor swimming pools and hot tubs and even underground tunnels to get to apartment complex facilities. Imagine our surprise when we found apartments near Edina MN that offer all that and more.
My wife called me into our home office one day and asked me if I remember the silly things we put on our apartment list such as heated parking. I told her I remembered, and I was shocked to find out that there is actually an apartment complex that offers underground heated parking for residents. No more freezing cars in the winter with snow and ice piled on top of them. She told me they have an indoor heated pool and spa as well as a sauna too. Now she was talking my language. We just had to go and check the place out.
When we toured an apartment, we saw quartz countertops in the kitchen that also had stainless steel appliances. The closets were huge, we could bring our dog, and they actually have heated underground tunnel access to their very own Club Cedars. It was like this place was built just for us. However, we know that it is just filling a need. Lots of Minnesota residents get a bit weary around late January or early February hoping to avoid Jack Frost. Short of moving very far south, this was our only option. We like it here, and we really like our apartment at Cedars of Edina. We are very comfortable, and the long list of amenities cannot be beat.
